                                           Covid Restrictions Status


Most NIW amenities are currently open in accordance with CDC Covid guidelines.


Covid 19 has impacted the entire country, and Nautica Isles West is no exception.


The Board of Directors takes the the health and safety of our residents very seriously, and has followed the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC, and State and Local Public Officials, in determining the risk level to our Residents for each of our Recreational Amenities.

At this time, all amenities are open to residents.

Use of any amenity is solely at your own risk. The Association assumes no responsibility for Covid or other safety risks that may be present at our Recreation Facilities. 


We ask all Residents who wish to use any Community Amenity, to do so in full compliance with any posted restrictions, and to practice social distancing and mask wearing where needed and practical.

Nautica Isles West Board of Directors 


The pool has specific restrictions:

*Only Residents of Nautica Isles West are allowed.

*Maximum of 25 people at any time.

* You must bring your own chairs to use at pool.

* Masks must be worn when not in the pool.

*Additional restrictions are listed at pool.


 The Tennis Court rules are simple:

Tennis Courts are open for single or double play.

CDC guidelines must be followed and a maximum of 8 people are allowed in the area at any time.

The Gym:

There will be a limit of 6 people allowed in the gym at any one time, between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m..

Each person must wipe down the equipment they use, with the sanitation supplies provided, both before and after
 each use, in order to maintain the highest degree of protection possible for all residents.

Anyone using the gym assumes all responsibility for their own health and safety, and agrees to act appropriately, to ensure the health and safety of all other users, while sharing the gym's amenities.
