Nautica Isles West is not just our home, but it's a million-dollar business as well.
As homeowners, we are all responsible to each other to do our part to protect our investments in that business.
The Board of Directors is just five homeowner- volunteers, charged with overseeing the day to day business operations of the Community.
We cannot do it alone. It really does take a village.
The Board is currently looking for members of "our village" to volunteer their time and skills to assist the Board in all aspects of running the business of our Community.
We are presently forming committees to review and advise the Board in the areas of security, communications, social event programing, maintenance and upkeep, budgeting and accounting.
There is also always a need for folks willing to take on the role of "rule enforcers" on the Fining Committee, and Architectural Review Committee. Although these jobs are often challenging, they are the backbone of making sure that we maintain the beauty of our Community and the value of our homes.
