Purchase and Rental Requirements
If you are purchasing or renting a home in Nautica Isles West, please review all documents before submitting an application for approval.
The Association conducts credit checks on applicants for both purchase and rental of homes in the Community, and background checks on all residents over the age of 16.
Effective April 15, 2014, all homes purchased must be owner occupied for a minimum of 12 months before becoming eligible for rental.
