The Property Manager is not responsible for providing any information to either selling agents, potential buyers, or their agents.
The website is a valuable resource that can provide answers to most questions that both brokers and new buyers may have.
Financial records for the Association or Homeowners are not available on the website, and can only be requested by the Homeowner, by contacting the Manager in writing by mail, e-mail or through the website.
Any answers to questions that are not found on the website will be answered by the Manager through Homeowner requests, in the same manner as financial questions
